3. Booking & Appointments

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email or the contact form on our website.

  • Appointment times are subject to availability.

  • We may request additional details before confirming your booking.

  • You must ensure safe access to your property at the agreed time.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing will be provided upfront before a cleaning service is confirmed.

  • Payment must be made on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, hoarder conditions, or extra services not included in the original quote.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

  • If we cannot access the property upon arrival, the service may be charged in full.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning every time.
If you are not satisfied:

  • Notify us within 24 hours, and

  • We will return to fix the issue at no extra cost.

This guarantee does not apply to unrealistic or subjective expectations beyond the agreed work scope.

 

7. Health & Safety

For the safety of our team:

  • We ask that you disclose any hazards, infestations or unsafe conditions before booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe or poses a risk to staff.

 

8. Liability

Girls With Curls Cleaning is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not securely stored

  • Damage caused by poor structure, old fixtures or unstable furniture

While we take great care in every job, accidental damage can occur. If this happens, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue fairly.

 

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect information needed to provide our services.
